SANBONA WILDLIFE RESERVE

Situated at the foot of the towering Warmwaterberg Mountains, close to Montagu in the famous Route 62, offers a unique nature experience with indigenous flora & fauna, rock formations and rare examples of San rock art, some dating back more than 3,500 years. 














Sanbona is proud to have nearly the only free roaming, self-sustaining White Lions in the world.  Dwyka Tented Lodge at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, is dramatically situated in a horseshoe bend of a dry Karoo ravine and surrounded by awe-inspiring rock formations.
